Vehicle Condition
All vehicles for sale must be in running order, free of any fluid leaks, excess fumes, and fully intact. We want to present safe, quality vehicles to potential buyers, so please ensure your vehicle meets these standards.
Arrival and Parking
Vehicles may arrive on trailers but must be driven off the trailer and into the designated sale area. All pre-registered and day-of vehicles must arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the event start. Our staff will guide you to your designated parking spot.
Seller Presence
Private Auto Expo gives sellers the flexibility to choose how involved they want to be during the event.
Many sellers choose to bring their online marketplace leads — from platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or Autotrader — and invite all interested buyers to meet them at our event. This is one of the most effective ways to sell your vehicle quickly, allowing you to consolidate conversations and avoid the hassle of setting up multiple one-on-one meetups.
During the event, you have two simple options:
Stay with your vehicle to meet buyers in person, answer questions, and connect with new shoppers attending the event.
Leave your keys with our staff and enjoy your day — we’ll show your car to potential buyers under staff supervision. For safety, buyers may only inspect the vehicle in a stationary position with the engine running.
If a buyer is interested in taking the next step, they’ll contact you directly to return on site for a test drive or to complete the sale.
